This charming circa 1920s farmhouse has been lovingly restored. It is located at 376 County Road 142, the street that runs behind the new Home Depot, near the intersection of Highway 6 and Bypass 35  in Alvin.  Located on high ground (never flooded - even in '79 when most of Alvin flooded) and has sandy loam soil.
